InteractiveAura is the interactive companion to “The Restitution of the Aura in Interactive Art,” by Kelsey Christensen.
InteractiveAura was originally hosted on Tumblr, a blog and social media website, demonstrating the feasibility of using social media to create interactive art and media. However, changes in Tumblr's platform led to technical issues, making it an appropriate host for the project no longer. This only serves to reinforce the ephemeral and quality of interactive media, a topic explored in this project. It also serves to highlight the challenges or archiving interactive media.
The original paths of interaction can be found here and all works cited in this project can be found here. The original version can still be found on interactiveaura.tumblr.com though its interactive quality is inoperative.
